Initial Visit
You will receive up to 20 minutes of cleaning on the initial visit. Any extra time beyond 20 minutes will be charged at $10.00 per 10 minutes.
One time clean up service
$40.00 for the first 20 minutes and then $10.00 per 10 minutes after. (minimum fee of $40.00)
Payment Due
Payment is due at time of service for Initial and one time clean up service.
For Weekly service
The First Month will be due in advance then weekly services will be billed monthly on the 15th and due by the 1st. Each Month will be figured at 4.333 weeks to keep payments the same each month. We can set up a automatic credit/debit card plan so you don't have to deal with sending a payment each month.
Fees
$5.00 late fee on payments past the 1st. $30.00 fee for return check
